The FIM Support Coordinator supports the Sr. Product Manager, Business Process, and FIM training team in all relevant areas of the business. Under the direction of the Sr. Product Manager, Business Process, the FIM Support Coordinator will support FIM product management, report development and analysis, creation and distribution of department business tools, and general administrative support to the FIM training team.

Essential Functions

  • Coordinates and communicates FIM product launch and implementation details to various external and internal stakeholders.
  • Assists in the development of internal FIM processes and procedures.
  • Serves as the point-person for internal communications regarding project rollout and implementation.
  • Provides direction and responds to inquiries from management, supervisors, and team members pertaining to FIM policies and procedures.
  • Reviews FIM-related invoices for accuracy and compliance with contracts before submitting for payment.
  • Prepare correspondence, training materials, communications and presentations for the FIM training team and stores which would include the use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other office software
  • Maintains a high level of confidentiality.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Physical Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of grocery/retail experience or similar administrative skills attained in retail or an equivalent environment.
  • Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Capacity to work with diverse groups of individuals and have great interpersonal communication skills.
  • Have a friendly and positive attitude coupled with the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Ability to handle matters of a confidential nature and ability to work in a fast-pace environment.
