Provides Employee Relations (ER) advice and policy interpretation to Managers and TMs and is responsible for overall ER case management; counsels managers on individual performance issues and conducts investigations as needed. Serve as primary ER partner for HRAs which must be demonstrated by strong sphere of influence on management on all ER matters coupled with key role in HRA initiatives including Employee Engagement.
