The Talent Advisor for the Colorado Market is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill organizational roles aligned to the Regional Directors in their assigned Regions. The Talent Advisor (TA) will effectively and efficiently support hiring in primarily Management roles for our stores. The TA may work closely with the Talent Acquisition Leader to develop a plan for staffing store level positions in outlier stores. This is a critical role to help build our store teams in the Colorado Market and will be based within the territory.
