Join our Human Resources team as a Regional Human Resources Advisor, supporting 5 states in the East. This position will be based in Tennessee and will work closely with our store teams and support what we do best - take care of our customers.
This position will plan and coordinate human resource activities to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain balance of operational needs, Sprouts culture and regulatory compliance.
This position has a dual role of balancing the operational demands of the stores in an assigned region with the legal aspects of human resources management and employee relations, including but not limited to: Provides Employee Relations (ER) advice and (HR) policy interpretation to Managers and Team Members. Responsible and accountable for employee relation (ER) function in a defined region, including overall ER case management and identification of trends; promote a positive work environment for Team Members through resolution of broad-based ER issues; support and provide counsel on complex, highly sensitive or high risk cases, documentation, and recommendations; ensure consistent and fair application among regional team; conduct investigations as needed. Establish strategic partnerships with leaders which must be demonstrated by strong sphere of influence with leadership on all matters. Develop strategies and execute HR initiatives such as talent mgmt., promotion planning, succession planning, performance mgmt, salary planning, talent engagement and retention and leadership development. Facilitate Workforce Development learning solutions. Analyze data, identify resources and formulate recommendations and/or propose solutions to drive HR and business initiatives. Work with Talent Director, HR Director and Sr HRA on organizational effectiveness strategies for Region(s).
Maintains strategic presence in stores to promote the Sprouts culture, ascertain areas where improvements can be made, and develop suggested action plans for Regional Manager.
