  • Overview

    The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide general administrative and operational support related to the recruitment and onboarding of new hires at the Store Support Office, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. This position will also provide administrative support to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.

    Essential Functions

    • Assist with creating and posting Store Support job openings.
    • Assist with the coordination of new hire onboarding (background check, onboarding forms, 1st day instructions, IT set up, etc.).
    • Assist recruitment team with scheduling interviews and developing interview schedules for internal and external use.
    • Coordinate candidate travel arrangements with in-house travel team.
    • Greet candidates arriving for interviews.
    • Communicate with candidates on application status and respond to candidate inquiries.
    • Manage ServiceNow tickets, as appropriate, to ensure an exceptional experience for our internal partners and candidates.
    • Support store hiring events, to include but not limited to, securing conference rooms and managing tracking for events with Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition.
    • Manage invoices for vendor payment and new vendor set up.
    • Coordinate hiring manager and candidate surveys.
    • Support talent acquisition leadership with expense reports and serve as liasion with accounts payable team.
    • Other related duties as assigned

    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Physical Requirements

    • High school diploma with some college courses preferred, plus three (3) years of experience in high volume hiring department, or an acceptable combination of education and experience
    • Positive, can-do atitude withthe ability to flex based on business needs.
    • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word; knowledge of applicant tracking systems preferred
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work well with all levels of employees in the organization
    • Ability to effectively and efficiently manage time and multi-task in a very busy environment
    • Sense of urgency is critical
    • Must be able to work independently and as part of the team
    • Strong focus on task completion and process follow through
