    This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, innovative, and growing team that will play a key role in driving profit growth for Sprouts.  The Sprouts Merch Planning & Analytics team is chartered with driving growth and profitability through designing business processes, reports, and insights that are scalable, analytically robust, and increasingly data-driven. 


    The Sr Analyst, Supply Chain/Vendor Compliance will perform a variety of analytical tasks related to supply chain & 3rd party distributor operations.  These may include: conducting analysis of data, providing effective reporting, monitoring service levels, and ensuring contract compliance.  The Sr. Analyst will work cross functionally with 3rd Party Vendor Partners, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance Teams to support and manage the development and tracking of key department objectives and initiatives for growth.

    Essential Functions

    • Monitor metrics for trends in data and report on anomalies, both positive and negative.
    • Provide analytical support and reporting related to 3rd party vendor contract terms.
    • Monitor contract compliance with established procedures. Identify areas of opportunities to improve and suggest ideas to optimize contract terms.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for Sprouts internal support teams on 3rd party contractual matters. Act as contractual “middleman” between identified Sprouts Teams and 3rd party vendor partners, ensuring timely review and approval / reconciliation of variations.
    • Analyze and monitor 3rd party contract compliance (milestones, deliverables, invoicing etc.)
    • Provide guidance on contract matters to Merchandising Teams or other Operational staff, including training to new Team Members on contract practices and procedures.
    • Work with Audit / Accounting departments to coordinate contractual obligations and rebates.
    • Work with Sprouts Supply Chain team and Sprouts Brand team to ensure we are optimizing terms of 3rd party contracts.
    • Monitor customer satisfaction with our terms and conditions and contracting practices, and recommend actions to improve.
    • Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation.
    • Handle on-going 3rd party issue and change management
    • Oversee Service Level Agreement Compliance

    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Physical Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, or a related field is required.
    • 3-5+ years of analytical experience related to Supply Chain, Accounting/Finance, Vendor relations
    • Progressively increasing responsibility in analytical roles, supply chain, merchandise planning, category management, consulting (or related fields)
    • Demonstrated skill with root cause analysis; able to spot when something isn’t quite right and audit with limited guidance
    • Analytical mindset with detail orientation and entrepreneurial work ethic – in short, a “general athlete”
    • Proven ability to execute with speed and a high degree of accuracy in a proof of concept environment
    • Comfortable manipulating large amounts of data and problem-solving, generating impactful recommendations – bringing insights to action
    • Highly adept in various systems, including superior Excel skills
    • Familiarity with databases such as MS SQL Server, Oracle etc.
    • Proven ability in applying theoretical knowledge to practical applications, data analysis, algorithmic prototyping, and data visualization
    • A structured and creative thinker, able to toggle easily between the big themes and the little details
    • Strong communication skills and ability to influence
