The Manager, Talent Acquisition – Store Support is responsible for executing the acquisition strategy to attract top talent to Sprouts Farmers Market in the store support (corporate office), and so that we may provide a differentiated customer experience for our guests. This role will support the team member value proposition and employer brand to ensure Sprouts is an employer of choice in a dynamic and competitive employment market. The Manager, TA has responsibility for effectively and efficiently staffing open roles within the Sprouts Store Support office through proactive sourcing efforts, and focused staffing plans. This position is critical to overall candidate experience, partners closely with the Division HR leaders and supports the Hiring Managers within the Store Support office.
