Sprouts Farmers Market is looking for an enthusiastic Web & App Deployment Coordinator who has experience with using a content management system such as WordPress and is passionate about continuous improvement of the online user experience to promote the Sprouts Brand. The ideal candidate will be experienced with deploying and editing website pages, understanding, troubleshooting and editing code, comfortable with web analytics and experienced in creating and deploying web tracking tag/pixels. This candidate should also have experience with and be enthusiastic about conceptual development of both websites and applications. Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and how web and app experience impact digital marketing efforts is preferred.
The position will be a supporting team member for the Sprouts brand web and mobile properties. The Web & App Deployment Coordinator will be responsible for troubleshooting/deploying technical improvements and new pages, supporting SEO optimization efforts, and managing and optimizing our web analytics. The Web & App Deployment Coordinator will also be assisting the Marketing Team in brainstorming ways to better optimize the user experience for our marketing campaigns. A high degree of organization and self-motivation is required.
This role is focused on supporting the creation and development a long term plan and strategy in conjunctional with cross functional teams. The project manager will manage the end to end process for all Category Business Plan across merchandising. Facilitating the cross functional collaboration across Merchandising, Schematics, Pricings and SPINS. Serve as a liaison between merchandising and the cross functional support teams. Responsible for developing and enhancing processes for sku rationalization, sales/ft enhancement & margin/ft enhancement. This role will be a part of the Sprouts Merch Planning & Analytics team. He/She will partner internally with MP&A analysts by leveraging insights that are scalable for future sales/margin growth.

The project manager will analyze data to create conclusions and recommendation based on key data points. Ultimately, the role will support the development of category plans that maximize sales & margin.
The Produce Buyer is responsible for procuring the highest quality product and grade product at the best market cost. The Produce Buyer executes promotional program negotiations and daily supplier performance management. The Produce Buyer manages inventory properly by following best practices in forecasting, inventory management and proactive decision making with the support of the Senior Buyer.
Sprouts Farmers Market is looking for an enthusiastic customer relations coordinator with strong communications skills to join its growing Customer Relations team. This person will receive, document and respond to customer phone calls and website submissions using personalized written communication and approved messaging on the fly. Response topics will be related to Sprouts’ merchandise, team members, values, policies and store locations and other areas of the business. This position supports customer loyalty and is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is interested in growing a career in the retail industry. This role will initially be remote until the Sprouts Store Support Office resumes normal business hours. Training will be conducted both in the office and remotely.
The Perishable Manager serves as the primary subject matter expert at store level for all perishable departments, including Bakery, Deli, Meat/Seafood, and Produce. The successful execution within these departments is the responsibility of the Perishable Manager with oversight from the Store Manager. The Perishable Manager ensures all operational recommendations regarding people, process, partners, and performance for perishable departments are provided in a timely manner to the Store Manager. In the Store Manager’s absence, the Perishable Manager is expected to make the necessary decisions to maintain effective and efficient operational execution. In this instance, the Perishable Manager will brief the appropriate Regional Trainer to ensure alignment in the decision making. Additionally, the Perishable Manager assists in managing daily operations of an assigned store. The Perishable Manager must plan and prepare work schedules, supervise team members, and ensure compliance with established security, sales, and record keeping procedures and practices. In the absence of the Store Manager, the Perishable Manager assumes complete responsibility for all phases of store operations. Work hours may include nights, weekends and holidays. Flexibility in store assignment is also required. Handling large sums of cash in compliance with company standards is required.
The Data Integrity Coordinator is responsible for data integrity and item maintenance for all products sold in our stores. This position works closely with the Buying and Marketing teams and ensures accuracy and timeliness of all data entered.
The Merchandising Services Financial Coordinator is a support position within the Merchandising Services Department. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the 3rd party program reporting, 3rd Party Supplier invoicing and issuing applicable labor credits to the stores. They’ll be the point person for communicating the approved invoice amount for each project to the 3rd Party Suppliers as well as being the liaison between Merchandising Services and multiple other departments. Being organized and maintaining accurate records is essential. The ability to plan and prioritize the workload to meet key deadlines are vital to success in this role. Other duties would include updating the reset calendar, covering for the Scheduling Coordinator, contributing to process and program development and other responsibilities as directed by the Merchandising Services Manager.
The Third Party Logistics- 3PL Operations Liaison will be responsible for the oversight of ensuring the 3PL contractual service level agreements and expectations are being met and/or exceeded. Duties include; ensuring good distribution practices are followed, inventory accuracy, efficient product slotting, tracking Sprouts owned equipment, maintaining established quality control standards (FIFO), and other warehouse related responsibilities as required

The Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring excellent department standards, merchandising set-up and execution as directed through company programs within assigned area(s). This position will ensure the departments are running efficiently and communicate with department managers and store teams to assure effective operations and consistent financial performance improvement. Operations Specialists are responsible for providing support aligned with expectations for all stores within their area of focus. The Operations Specialist reports directly to the Operations Specialist Lead. This position will be located in Florida.
The Category Manager plans and directs all aspects of product development policies, programs, objectives, and initiatives with oversight from the Director of Beer & Wine. This position researches new products, product enhancements, and product redesign that are consistent in meeting the expectations of Sprouts minimum standards for the department. The Category Manager analyzes past buying trends, sales records, price, and quality of merchandise to determine value and yield. This position selects, orders, and authorizes payment for merchandise according to contractual agreements.
The Produce Category Coordinator supports the Manager Pricing & Promotions - Produce & Floral in all relevant areas of the business. The Produce Category Coordinator will support retail item and price management, business report development and analysis, creation and distribution of department business tools, and support collaborative objectives between procurement, merchandising, and pricing.
The Full Stack Developer will work on all phases of the application development lifecycle. This will be considered a full stack developer position, with responsibilities that include design, development, implementation, documentation, and optimization of an assortment of solutions. Candidates for this position will have prior experience delivering efficient, secure, high performance, and easy-to-support solutions primarily within the Microsoft suite of technologies. They will also have prior experience in providing technical leadership and direction to junior team members.

The Pricing and Promotions Manager oversees all centralized department processes and outputs as it relates to product data integrity, print and digital promotions, and broad product/grower story telling. The Retail Systems Analyst I position will be responsible for providing tier 2 level support for all of Sprouts Store Retail Systems. This includes, but it’s not limited to the Point of Sale (POS), Back-Office Store Application Suite (inventory, ordering, receiving, and shelf-price audit), Customer Loyalty, and Scale Management Systems. This person will support end users of store retail systems using their analytical, organizational and technical skills. Working closely with the Sprouts IT Support Desk, the Retail Systems Analyst I will ensure the Retail Systems Knowledge Based Library remains up to date, while working on small scale projects. The Retail Systems Analyst I will monitor and react to any trends or critical issues impacting Sprouts Store Retail Systems.
The Procurement Category Manager (CM) drives competitive advantage and value creation for the Spend Category. The CM will plan, implement and execute procurement initiatives impacting the Sprouts indirect spend. The individual will be responsible for collaborating with various business units and building effective business relations both internally and externally.
The Videographer will manage all aspects of the video production cycle from pre-production planning through post-production editing. The Videographer will develop and produce new concepts for video segments that will enhance the Sprouts customer’s experience with the brand. This position will work closely with the Senior Manager of Creative Services, Social Media Marketing Manager and creative video consultants to create new and engaging videos that represents the brand accordingly.
The ideal candidate must have a thorough knowledge of videography and design with strong conceptual and production skills along with the ability to execute all projects from concept to completion. Duties will include but not be limited to: Assisting in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of all video shoots including video shoots with consultants; preparing shooting schedules and shot lists; filming basic interview videos and b-roll of various action scenes; capturing audio with shotgun and lav mics; determining lighting; scouting locations; editing videos; compressing and preparing videos for various usage; uploading videos to be used online; and managing and archiving video projects. The Videographer will interface with the Marketing Leadership team, stakeholders & vendors to ensure the proper standard of quality and ensure the visuals of the brand is working towards the overall strength of the brand.
It is important for the Videographer to be able to implement established brand guidelines while still innovating and pushing the boundaries. The Videographer must have the ability to take directions and work well within a team environment. This position will also have multiple day-to-day responsibilities that are time-sensitive and require a high level of attention to detail.
The Videographer should have previous success working in the digital environment with video, audio, and editing equipment and software. They should be comfortable working under short deadlines on multiple projects for a variety of initiatives.
