Sprouts Farmers Market is looking for an enthusiastic Web & App Deployment Coordinator who has experience with using a content management system such as WordPress and is passionate about continuous improvement of the online user experience to promote the Sprouts Brand. The ideal candidate will be experienced with deploying and editing website pages, understanding, troubleshooting and editing code, comfortable with web analytics and experienced in creating and deploying web tracking tag/pixels. This candidate should also have experience with and be enthusiastic about conceptual development of both websites and applications. Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and how web and app experience impact digital marketing efforts is preferred.     The position will be a supporting team member for the Sprouts brand web and mobile properties. The Web & App Deployment Coordinator will be responsible for troubleshooting/deploying technical improvements and new pages, supporting SEO optimization efforts, and managing and optimizing our web analytics. The Web & App Deployment Coordinator will also be assisting the Marketing Team in brainstorming ways to better optimize the user experience for our marketing campaigns. A high degree of organization and self-motivation is required.

The Perishable Manager serves as the primary subject matter expert at store level for all perishable departments, including Bakery, Deli, Meat/Seafood, and Produce. The successful execution within these departments is the responsibility of the Perishable Manager with oversight from the Store Manager. The Perishable Manager ensures all operational recommendations regarding people, process, partners, and performance for perishable departments are provided in a timely manner to the Store Manager. In the Store Manager’s absence, the Perishable Manager is expected to make the necessary decisions to maintain effective and efficient operational execution. In this instance, the Perishable Manager will brief the appropriate Regional Trainer to ensure alignment in the decision making. Additionally, the Perishable Manager assists in managing daily operations of an assigned store. The Perishable Manager must plan and prepare work schedules, supervise team members, and ensure compliance with established security, sales, and record keeping procedures and practices. In the absence of the Store Manager, the Perishable Manager assumes complete responsibility for all phases of store operations. Work hours may include nights, weekends and holidays. Flexibility in store assignment is also required. Handling large sums of cash in compliance with company standards is required.

The Videographer will manage all aspects of the video production cycle from pre-production planning through post-production editing. The Videographer will develop and produce new concepts for video segments that will enhance the Sprouts customer’s experience with the brand. This position will work closely with the Senior Manager of Creative Services, Social Media Marketing Manager and creative video consultants to create new and engaging videos that represents the brand accordingly.   The ideal candidate must have a thorough knowledge of videography and design with strong conceptual and production skills along with the ability to execute all projects from concept to completion. Duties will include but not be limited to: Assisting in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of all video shoots including video shoots with consultants; preparing shooting schedules and shot lists; filming basic interview videos and b-roll of various action scenes; capturing audio with shotgun and lav mics; determining lighting; scouting locations; editing videos; compressing and preparing videos for various usage; uploading videos to be used online; and managing and archiving video projects. The Videographer will interface with the Marketing Leadership team, stakeholders & vendors to ensure the proper standard of quality and ensure the visuals of the brand is working towards the overall strength of the brand.   It is important for the Videographer to be able to implement established brand guidelines while still innovating and pushing the boundaries. The Videographer must have the ability to take directions and work well within a team environment. This position will also have multiple day-to-day responsibilities that are time-sensitive and require a high level of attention to detail.   The Videographer should have previous success working in the digital environment with video, audio, and editing equipment and software. They should be comfortable working under short deadlines on multiple projects for a variety of initiatives.   This position strives to reduce waste, recycle products whenever possible, and re-use resources when practical. Works safely at all times, follows safety rules and policies and participates in scheduled training.
