The HRIS Analyst II leads, evaluates, analyzes, designs, and maintains Sprouts HRIS applications. This position will assist in identifying new HR data management needs and the software products to fulfill these needs. The HRIS Analyst will make alterations and configurations to systems and gather requirements from end users while acting as a liaison between Vender Technical Support Centers and Sprouts. The HRIS Analyst will interact and support all Sprouts locations and respond to their questions in a timely manner. This position will also work closely with the HR Support team to ensure data integrity and ways to improve data entry processes.

The online community coordinator monitors company mentions/inquiries/complaints across Sprouts’ online channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Yelp and Google and replies using approved messaging. They will also craft responses on the fly using Sprouts’ online voice. This full-time position reports to the online community specialist and will work from the Sprouts Support Office a few days a week and remotely other days and nights. Strong writing skills are essential. Response topics will be related to Sprouts’ merchandise, team members, values, policies and store locations and other areas of the business. While monitoring Sprouts’ social media pages throughout designated day and night hours, they will be required to escalate urgent and/or negative situations appropriately through the established protocol. They will contribute to the team’s community management best practices and will provide reporting (qualitative and quantitative) on events that occurred during their shift. They will support. This role is part of the Corporate Communications (Public Relations) team within the Marketing/Communications department, and be closely aligned with the Customer Relations and Digital Marketing teams. It is not a content development role. The Regional Marketing Specialist (based in San Jose, CA.) coordinates and implements marketing communication projects with responsibilities that include public relations, special events execution, advertising, and creating brand awareness. This position is responsible for maintaining direct, face-to-face contact with community partners, and increasing Sprouts’ exposure on the ground with regular strategic community events, activities and partnerships. The Regional Marketing Specialist functions as a liaison between the Sprouts support office and their assigned regional locations.

The Scheduling Coordinator is an overall support position within the Merchandising Services Department. This individual will be responsible for two-way communication between the Sprouts Support Office and the vendor community. Developing schedules and maintaining accurate records is essential. Being organized and being able to plan and prioritize the workload are vital to success in this role. Other duties could involve attending planning meetings, updating calendar of reset projects, contributing to process teams and other responsibilities as directed by the Merchandising Services Manager.

The EDI Analyst is responsible for maintaining productive communications with Sprouts business partners, using EDI tools provided by an EDI Value Added Network. The EDI Analyst will work extensively with our third party EDI vendor, our internal Information Technology (IT) staff and other team members to ensure the EDI program is working as intended. Daily activities performed by the EDI Analyst include serving as the initial contact for troubleshooting inquiries, monitoring document transmissions, and identifying opportunities to improve relevant processes. This position will perform audits to ensure quality standards are being met on a regular basis, and will be responsible for conducting training to keep staff up to date on technology changes.
