The Data Integrity Coordinator is responsible for data integrity and item maintenance for all products sold in our stores. This position works closely with the Buying and Marketing teams and ensures accuracy and timeliness of all data entered.

The Sprouts Merch Planning & Analytics team is chartered with driving growth and profitability through designing business processes, reports, and insights that are scalable, analytically robust, and increasingly data-driven.
The Sr Analyst, Supply Chain/Vendor Compliance will perform a variety of analytical tasks related to supply chain & 3rd party distributor operations. These may include: conducting analysis of data, providing effective reporting, monitoring service levels, and ensuring contract compliance. The Sr. Analyst will work cross functionally with 3rd Party Vendor Partners, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance Teams to support and manage the development and tracking of key department objectives and initiatives for growth.
This position is accountable for all financial reporting and general accounting functions as it relates to the Support Office functions and store operations, including SEC/external reporting, fixed asset and lease accounting, month end close, monthly and quarterly management reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations. Key priorities of this role focus on developing and implementing an efficient and effective Corporate Accounting function for Sprouts, including the implementation of accounting policies, processes, systems and tools to strengthen financial reporting accuracy and efficiency. This position plays a pivotal role in automating and upgrading the Company’s accounting process and systems in response to the Company’s growth and increasing use of technology to manage operations. This position is based at the Sprouts Support Office in Phoenix, Arizona and manages a team of approximately 8 FTE's.
The Sr. Manager, Strategy and Analysis will directly support the strategic planning, research and analysis activities of Sprouts’ Strategy and Business Development team. The primary focus of this position will be to assist the SVP, Business Development with research on strategic topics, assist in the development of strategic planning activities, analyses, modeling and presentations. These activities are time-sensitive, deadline-driven and may deal with highly-sensitive and confidential information. The individual in this position must be a self-starter, logical, detail-oriented, reliable, trustworthy and conscientious, as well as have a significant understanding of strategic concepts, researching, analysis and business acumen.
The Administrative Assistant’s responsibilities include general administrative tasks such as event coordination, making travel and meeting arrangements, gathering, documenting and preparing reports and financial data and various customer relations duties. The position requires strong analytical, as well as computer skills, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management, staff, analysts, and internal and external customers.

The IT Operations Center Analyst II is responsible for supporting and monitoring the core IT Network/Security/Infrastructure platforms and providing day-to-day operational support. This includes maintaining and monitoring an environment for the delivery of all key line of business applications thru on-site, colocation and 3rd party hosted infrastructure solutions. Coordinate and communicate planned upgrades, enhancements and maintenance for servers, infrastructure and network systems.
Within the IT infrastructure domain, the IT Operations Center Analyst II requires additional skills of network management, monitoring tools and methodologies, disaster recovery systems, security technology management, maintenance of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and ITIL aligned best practices. Proficiency in related IT-centric business processes such as change management, systems analysis and quality assurance are also preferred.
